Mr. Tarek has more than 10 years of experience in the human resources and administration functions, playing a pivotal role in the development and execution of our HR policies, shaping workforce strategies, and optimizing administrative processes to ensure our workforce remains motivated, engaged, and equipped with the best skills needed to excel in their roles.
Mr. Tarek holds a bachelor’s in economy from Tishreen University and attends many training courses and workshops in HRM and Talent management.
