What We Do

Seamless Onboarding for Individuals and Companies

Kindly prepare the following documents and proceed to open your account via our Smart Onboarding System by clicking the Open an Account button.

Clear copy of Valid Passport.
Clear copy of Valid Emirates ID.
Clear copy of National ID (for non-UAE residents) .
An official bank statement or letter with the bank’s logo or stamp, showing the account number and IBAN, for an individual (non-joint) account (issued within the last 3 years).
Proof of address (Utility Bill) dated within the last 3 months.

Account opening requires a visit to one of our branches to complete and sign the account opening agreement. The following documents are required:

Valid company trade license.
Memorandum of Association / Articles of Association (or equivalent).
List of Board Members and senior management.
Valid Passport copies of board members.
A board resolution appointing an authorized signatory to open and operate the account with BHM Capital.
Valid passport copy and ID of authorized signatory.
Ownership structure signed by the authorized signatory, with documents for each ownership layer until reaching natural persons who are ultimate beneficial owners (UBOs).
Valid passport copies of all UBOs (25% or more ownership).
List of authorized traders and their valid passport copies.
Proof of Address of the Company.
Official bank statement or letter with the bank’s logo or stamp, showing the company’s bank account number and IBAN (issued within the last 3 years).
TAX Registration Certificate (if applicable).
Wolfsberg Due Diligence Questionnaire (if applicable).
Fill all the required information in the account opening agreement and sign where indicated along with company stamp
All company documents must be attested by a trusted authority (Ex. Attorney, notary public or legal department of the company)
if the company is incorporated outside the UAE, all documents should be attested by the UAE Embassy and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the country of incorporation.

All account opening forms and above documents must be stamped with your company stamp.
